The curvy element from previous post didn't have the properties to create depth so I created this shell for it . At this stage I imagine this one to be a dark volumetric element while the curves is some kind of energy flow inside it. Probably time to render the stuff together.
Fairly developed animation test . Picked up an old effect for a start of the rotating core. Need to build a shell for it before going into developing the apperance of these.
First test of curves that will draw aup the animation, it brakes down a path to a sequence of bursts and assembly points. The second picture shows a dirty concept of the shot where the curves will be the yellow and blue lines.
